6/11/2026:

• We're aware of intermittent errors in Claude Desktop. We've found a similar open issue reported with Claude already and have added supporting info to it. It doesn't look like it's an issue on our end, but we'll keep monitoring it!

6/10/2026:

• Added new recognition tools for users: getRecognition, updateRecognition and deleteRecognition
• Added user-level reward redemption tools: getMyRedemptions and getRedemption.
• Updated the recognition-related tools' views so they're consistent across all of them.

6/9/2026:

• Added user create, update and deactivate admin tools
• Updated the give recognition tool to accept multiple recipients

6/3/2026:

• Added several new read tools to the Recognition section.
• We are updated to the 2025-11-25 version of the schema, which means all tools now include hints so they show up in sections in the Claude desktop app. You will need to re-connect in both Claude Desktop and Claude Code!
• giveRecognition tool has been added! It's our first tool with elicitation support - which works in both Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Like the schema changes, it requires you to re-connect in both places for it to work (because it needs to re-initialize the connection).

5/29/2026:

• The MCP Server is still under very active development and should be considered Early Access at this point!
• We are adding more tools every day, and tools may change or move around. Expect more tools to be added almost every day!
• The list of scopes should be settled at this point as we're using them in other places now, so they won't change.
• We will be shipping a beta version of our Claude Plugin soon, which will provide a lot more guidance to Claude about how to use all the tools in the MCP Server. If you don't feel like figuring it out yourself, it might be worth waiting for the plugin!
