List analytics_users rows.

Page of analytics_users rows for the requesting company. Resolves the user_id references surfaced by every other analytics MV (RecognitionEvents.giver_id / receiver_ids, the MonthlyUser* rollups, etc.) back to the customer's own identity (email, external_unique_id).
