Create a Bonus

Creates a bonus. The reason is parsed for amount, recipients, and hashtags (e.g. +10 @alice @bob for shipping #teamwork). Admin tokens can issue bonuses on behalf of another giver via giver_email/giver_id.

200OK

400Bad Request — validation failure, malformed reason, invalid parent_bonus_id, invalid giver/initiator email, or missing user context.

401Unauthorized — missing or invalid access token.

403Forbidden — non-admin attempted to use admin-only parameters (giver_email, giver_id, initiator_email).

409Conflict — another bonus creation is in progress for the same giver (redis lock contention).
