Update admin-managed attributes for a user in the caller's company (names, email, manager_email, clear_manager (remove manager), company_admin, locale, time_zone, custom_properties such as department, permission_ids, budget_boost, etc.). budget_boost sets the persistent, recurring boost to the user's monthly giving allowance (pass 0 to clear it) — not a one-time balance top-up and not a self-service rewards points-boost redemption. receive_birthday_bonus and receive_anniversary_bonus are opt-in preferences for the user's birthday / work-anniversary celebrations (false opts them out; a celebration only fires when the matching date_of_birth / hired_on is on file and the company's celebration setup is active). private_birthday_post and private_anniversary_post: true forces that celebration post private; false stops forcing it private, so the celebration template's default visibility applies. Requires user_id. Manual edits may be blocked for HRIS-managed users. Admin-only — same policy as the Bizy UserAdmin agent.
